39 CORPORATION STREET
A Regeneration Project
39 Corporation Street is a transformative regeneration project aimed at revitalising an underused area of Belfast city centre to deliver an 850-bedroom Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) scheme. The scheme, which will have strong environmental credentials, addresses the rising demand for modern student housing, ensuring contemporary and accessible living spaces for students studying in Belfast.

Corporation Street, a location steeped in tradition and rich heritage, has long been an underutilised city centre space. The development site is located at No. 39 Corporation Street, Belfast, BT1 2JE which is bounded by Gamble Street to the north, Tomb Street to the east and Corporation Street to the west.
To the south the site is bounded by a former multi-storey car park and surface car parks. The site is north-east of Belfast city centre, close to the western bank of the River Lagan. The Lagan Bridge (M3) passes the site to the north, crossing over the existing Corporation Street car park.
The site was previously occupied by office premises and a surface car park, but the building is now vacant and the site is underutilised. It is within walking distance of the city centre and Ulster University.
