The purpose of this consultation is to share our proposals with the community and other interested parties, prior to the submission of a full planning application to Belfast City Council, and provide an opportunity for feedback. The feedback received will help shape our proposals prior to the submission of the planning application. A Pre-Application Community Consultation Report will provide a summary of steps we have taken to comply with the statutory requirements and those of the planning authority. This report will be submitted as part of the full planning application to Belfast City Council.
